Versatile Creamy Miso Tahini Dressing

This dressing is AH-mazing. It is great on a salad or in a wrap, but also drizzled on top a warm macro bowl of brown rice and steamed veggies. Miso is also a fermented food, which has great benefits for your gut health.

  • 2 tsp tahini
  • 1 tsp white miso paste
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 clove roasted garlic or ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Pinch of ginger

Directions: Mash roasted garlic if using. Mix all ingredient together into a bowl until smooth. Add water until desired consistency.
