I am a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with a 'whole'istic approach to health and wellness.  My goal is to provide clients with an individualized nutrition care plan that focuses on whole (unprocessed) foods and mindful eating practices. I counsel clients with various health and wellness concerns, but some areas of expertise include plant-based eating, elimination diets (including celiac), sensible weight loss and mindful eating.  

Along with nutritition, I am a trained Pilates instructor and am available to coach beginners up to more advanced students in person or online!
